Als Verein Uccelli streben wir nicht nur danach, eine integrative und offene Gemeinschaft in der Schweiz zu schaffen, sondern setzen uns auch das Ziel, mehrere Subgruppen innerhalb des Vereins zu etablieren. Diese Subgruppen sollen gezielt spezifische Bedürfnisse, Interessen und Leidenschaften unserer vielfältigen Mitgliedschaft ansprechen und fördern. Jede Subgruppe wird sich auf besondere Themen oder Tätigkeitsbereiche konzentrieren, sei es im Bereich der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung, des Unternehmertums, der kulturellen Vielfalt oder sozialer Anliegen.
Durch die Schaffung dieser spezialisierten Gruppen möchten wir den Mitgliedern eine massgeschneiderte Unterstützung und Plattform bieten, die es ihnen ermöglicht, ihre individuellen Ziele gezielt zu verfolgen. Gleichzeitig fördern wir einen intensiveren Austausch zwischen Menschen mit ähnlichen Interessen und Bedürfnissen. So schaffen wir nicht nur ein stärkeres Gemeinschaftsgefühl, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, voneinander zu lernen und gemeinsame Projekte zu initiieren. Unser Ansatz zielt darauf ab, sowohl die persönliche als auch die gemeinschaftliche Entwicklung zu unterstützen und unseren Mitgliedern zu ermöglichen, sich in Bereichen zu engagieren, die ihnen besonders am Herzen liegen.

Uccelli Ghana
Our efforts to strengthen the community go beyond national borders, and we are therefore planning to establish the Uccelli Ghana subgroup. The focus of this initiative is to strengthen self-efficacy and encourage people to think differently. In Ghana, we would like to contribute in particular through empowerment programs to strengthen the self-confidence and the ability to act of the community. For us, empowerment means providing people with the means and resources to recognize and use their abilities to bring about positive change in their own lives and in their community.
We also aim to share our expertise and support and promote existing strengths and potential in Ghana. The focus here is not just on providing help from outside, but rather on building a partnership.
We want to work with the community in Ghana to develop projects based on local needs and skills to bring about sustainable change. Uccelli Ghana should not only be an initiative of ours, but a lively exchange of knowledge and resources between our community in Switzerland and the people in Ghana.
Uccelli Women
We would like to set up an independent subgroup called Uccelli Women. This group serves as a special network for our female target group, offers a point of contact for women within the association and operates largely independently. Uccelli Women sees itself as an inspiring space in which women can network with each other in order to pursue common goals and develop their individual potential. The group aims to be a source of inspiration and motivation by supporting women in realizing their personal and professional ambitions.

Uccelli FC
For us, building Uccelli FC was not just about creating a soccer team, but also about realizing that soccer connects people. This experience has enabled us to reach our target group in a simplified way and draw attention to our club. By founding Uccelli FC, we want to expand this successful concept. Our aim is to establish our own league and organize our own football tournaments.
Through these expansions, we not only want to promote sporting activities, but also create a platform that brings people from different backgrounds together. Soccer serves as a link for community spirit and cohesion. We are convinced that the expansion of Uccelli FC will not only enrich the club's sporting activities, but will also promote a vibrant and inclusive soccer culture within our community.
