Network at a glance

Our efforts to strengthen the community go beyond national borders, and we are therefore planning to establish the Uccelli Ghana subgroup. The focus of this initiative is to strengthen self-efficacy and encourage people to think differently. In Ghana, we would like to contribute in particular through empowerment programs to strengthen the self-confidence and the ability to act of the community. For us, empowerment means providing people with the means and resources to recognize and use their abilities to bring about positive change in their own lives and in their community.

We also aim to share our expertise and support and promote existing strengths and potential in Ghana. The focus here is not just on providing help from outside, but rather on building a partnership.

We want to work with the community in Ghana to develop projects based on local needs and skills to bring about sustainable change. Uccelli Ghana should not only be an initiative of ours, but a lively exchange of knowledge and resources between our community in Switzerland and the people in Ghana.

We would like to set up an independent subgroup called Uccelli Women. This group serves as a special network for our female target group, offers a point of contact for women within the association and operates largely independently. Uccelli Women sees itself as an inspiring space in which women can network with each other in order to pursue common goals and develop their individual potential. The group aims to be a source of inspiration and motivation by supporting women in realizing their personal and professional ambitions.

Here, the words inspiration, motivation and support should become a living reality in order to make a positive contribution to the personal development of our female members

For us, building Uccelli FC was not just about creating a soccer team, but also about realizing that soccer connects people. This experience has enabled us to reach our target group in a simplified way and draw attention to our club. By founding Uccelli FC, we want to expand this successful concept. Our aim is to establish our own league and organize our own football tournaments.

Through these expansions, we not only want to promote sporting activities, but also create a platform that brings people from different backgrounds together. Soccer serves as a link for community spirit and cohesion. We are convinced that the expansion of Uccelli FC will not only enrich the club's sporting activities, but will also promote a vibrant and inclusive soccer culture within our community.
